With 25+ years in marketing and development, Matthias has always lived at the intersection of technology and business. He's built systems for startups and enterprises alike, always with the same question guiding his work: does this actually help the people using it?

In 2017, while most businesses were still dismissing AI as science fiction, Matthias was already integrating machine learning models into production systems. He saw early what the rest of the industry would take years to realize: AI wasn't going to be a product. It was going to be a layer - embedded in everything, transforming how every business process works.

That insight led to his first book, "The AI Orchestrator," which laid out the framework for how businesses should think about AI integration - not as a shiny tool, but as an orchestration layer that connects and enhances every part of an organization.

His second book, "Software is Dead," took aim at the SaaS model itself. The thesis: the era of renting generic software is ending. The future belongs to custom platforms built around how each business actually operates - not how a product manager in San Francisco decided it should.
